as a human thing

are lessons and just part of our journey
it is better
to believe

that we CAN change
and grow into a better version of ourselves
it is better
to try
and accept
the things we cannot change are OK
and CHANGE all the things that we CAN
it is better
to grow
and accept
that life is moving forward
and following the flow is good
