restless energy
rising up
inside me
decisions
about what to do
swirling
mind unable to choose
I try to read
but cannot focus
I think about
writing
but cannot settle
my mind
into a rhythm
I watch tv for awhile
it is not as much
amusement
as usual
I don't know
what to do with myself
thankfully
days like this
are rare!
