both

content

and also 

occasionally

jealous for attention

but truly the epitome

of friendship

Max fell in a hole

and couldn't get out

stuck and getting  stressed

Tom jumped in the hole with him

and showed him the path

up and out again

to safety

back on track

in the adventurous life

of a pair of

puppy buds!

there are no consequences

White Crane Spreads Its Wings

white crane spreads its wings

the newest move

in my repertoire of

tai chi moves

this week 

I will

practice

and learn it well

from

beginning tai chi

grasp bird's tail

reach (push) up, pull back, press forward and push

single whip

raise hands and step up

and white crane spreads its wings

it is as far as I have gotten yet

 in learning the form

but I did also manage to learn

cloud hands

and it is my fave

:)

Alone

there are times

when i know

I am alone

there are times

when I feel

that I am ALONE

and I know

that I follow

my own path

I take 

my own journey

and I AM alone

and yet

sometimes

you travel

a similar path

alongside me

your own path

your own journey

but we can support

and encourage each other

to continue

to strive

to believe

to love

to live

to never give up

to find joy

and peace

and happiness

and I thank you

for travelling with me

for sharing a small part of the journey

and for helping me

continue

to find my own way
