Heat

but sit in the fan

and rest

keep yourself

hydrated

and 

lay your 

pounding head

still

pounding with pressure
from a change in
air
and climate
waiting for a storm
to break
the heat
and ease the pressure
letting up
on the strong vise
attached
to my head
take a deep breath
and endure!
