Name things that you do every day.
Take meds.
Drink a coffee or two.
Eat SOMETHING every 2 hours...when I am being good.
Wash dishes.
Feed and water the cats.
Cook dinner for my family.
Watch tv.
Play on computer.
Blog something (tho I am often bad and forget this even tho I am working on a 365 day challenge.)
Take insulin.
HOPE for something better.
Worry.
