Didn't know for sure what that was and I don't have any so I simply posted a definition and MAYBE will look into it!

A NON-FICTION BOOK:
The Four Agreements: A Practical Guide to Personal Freedom, A Toltec Wisdom Book by Miguel Ruiz
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
I read this once a long time ago but, just read it again over the last year or so because I feel that if I could live by the agreements life would definitely be better. If we all lived by them the world would likely be a much better place.

Just seems to me to be the epitome of faith and belief in destiny.

I LOVE MYSELF in order to LOVE others!
{Post:287/365 Original Post: I AM a QUEEN}
To LOVE yourself does not mean to be conceited, selfish, or self-absorbed to the exclusion of all others. It means knowing and accepting yourself and that YOU are valuable. JUST as valuable as anyone else.
It means that you do not subjugate your own needs and desires to please everyone else first but, rather that you take care of YOU when you need to in order to respect and honour yourself and build and maintain your OWN self-esteem and self worth.
Other people cannot give these things to you.
NO MATTER how much you do to try and please them all and receive accolades and rewards or esteem boosts from their compliments and appreciation in the end you will still carry that dark black hole around inside you and it can never get filled up by ANY OF THEM.
YOU must find YOURSELF inside YOURSELF and feed your own needs and neurosis with your own knowledge, beliefs, understanding and acceptance of ALL that is beautiful and wonderful inside of you and about you!
Beating yourself down won't do this. Berating yourself won't do it. Calling yourself an idiot or stupid or any other names to try and motivate yourself to be better is USELESS and will only squash you down further.
YOU must find, see, recognize and BUILD UP anything you see inside yourself that is BEAUTIFUL, GOOD, POSITIVE, USEFUL, or CREATIVE. YOU must BELIEVE in the beauty and light that shines from within you and never let anyone else squash it down or try to blow it out!
Maybe it is only a tiny spark of light but YOU can fan the flame and build it higher, bigger and brighter EVERY DAY.
THAT is loving yourself FIRST.
THAT is honouring and respecting the heart and soul that resides within you.
When you can LOVE yourself then you will still LOVE to hear and receive appreciation from others and it will reaffirm what YOU already know...that YOU are wonderful, that other people DO recognize this, but, that YOU do NOT NEED them to tell you all this in order for you to KNOW this!
When you know, accept and love yourself it is EASIER to do the same for other people because then you recognize that we are all equally valuable and important...to ourselves AND to each other!

I FORGIVE MYSELF for mistakes.
{Post:286/365 Original Post: I AM a QUEEN}
EVERYONE makes mistakes. It is how we learn!
Don't beat yourself up endlessly for them. Just accept that you made a mistake,let it go and move on. Carrying it around with you and pounding yourself into the ground every time you think of it just keeps you from acceptance and growth.
Let it go!
Forgive yourself for being human and fallible and then learn whatever thing it is you NEED to learn from it and try not to DO IT AGAIN.
The purpose and point of a mistake is that we own and accept it, apologize for it if necessary, LEARN from it, FORGIVE ourselves for whatever part we played in it, and then LET IT GO and move on from it.
It is a good thing to remember the lesson so that we don't repeat mistakes unnecessarily but it is not good to carry it around with you like a cancerous growth inside of us.
It will eat away at our soul until we find letting go of it almost impossible. It will become such a part of us and we won't know or understand life without it.
It can be debilitating.
LET IT GO.
Move FORWARD.
GROW!

{Post:285/365 Original Post: Momma's Fat Cats}
I think we have lost another cat...I don't know where or what has happened to him but, our Doodle hasn't been home for 3 days now and he is NOT tomming because he's been fixed for a long while now. :( I'm feeling very sad about it and wish that he would come home and everything will be alright again. We've lost too many lately! We are down to two of them, Moochie and Momma Bug. My favourite girls. Hubby says no more pets when they are gone but, I can't live without a cat so I hope these two will be around a long time yet!!!

If you could choose to live forever, would you? Why or why not?
If you could choose to live forever, would you? Why or why not?
I would not.
I believe in time and season and everything happens for a reason so I think there is a purpose for the cycles of life and death. The truth is only our bodies die. Our souls already live forever. They only leave our body when it dies and begin a new and different type of journey. If I lived forever inside my body I would miss the spirit journey and I think that it may be the most important part.

Which do you prefer: films or television? Why?
I do not prefer one over the other. I love them both. I love any media used to tell a good story that can entertain, make you think, show you something you've never seen, open discussions and ideas. Use them all for the betterment of mankind...to tell stories, teach life lessons, share art and emotion, display dance and whatever else that can be shared in a meaningful way!

26: Choose two: mentally stable, intelligent, attractive. Explain why you chose those two.
Mentally stable and intelligent.
I have been attached to someone who was NOT mentally stable before and I can tell you it is a life full of difficulty and drama.
Intelligence is a must because I need someone to be able to have a conversation with and challenge and engage me and share with and learn from. ;)

Would you rather date someone plain with an amazing personality or someone beautiful with a plain personality?
Hahahahaha. I got lucky! I got someone GORGEOUS with a vibrant and fun and amazing personality as well!
Of course, the answer is that I would prefer the personality. How boring it would be if you spent days, weeks, months, and years with someone who didn't have anything interesting to talk about or share with you!! It is our inner beings that matter the most!!

How attractive do you consider yourself?
Ohhhh this is a horrible question to ask a woman because her first response is to think of all her flaws. :(
My answer is that I am attractive enough.
The package I come in is not as important as what is inside of me and I am learning every day to love myself more and more BOTH for what is inside me and for the beautiful and vibrant accents and aspects that make up the outside of me as well!

Now, I look forward to enjoying my children's children whenever they decide it is time to have some.

Would you consider yourself an optimist or a realist? Why?
I would not consider myself either an optimist or a realist because I am both pessimistic AND idealistic. I am TRYING to learn to be positive and hopeful in life rather than depressed and negative and it is a challenge some days! And yet, I am still a dreamer who believes in the way things should be and hopes that someday the world will be different than it is. Unfortunately I too often see the world as a sad and dreary place full of hurt and sorrow. An optimist would see better!

My favourite film is The Power of One.
It is partly sad and partly beautiful and a testament and encouragement to the courage and hope contained in the voice of one person who fights against the tide for change and for good.
